For reference purposes, the package available here was based on content downloaded in two torrents, which can be found by searching the following. OutboundTrain-vers2.wav (265k): This is an revised version of the canned announcements for arriving trains, with a different message than is used at most stations. The recordings were made a couple of years apart and their messages are a bit better in quality.
